Summer Dormitory Accomodation Reservation

The office of JNU Student Residence Halls (dormitory) announced the 2009 summer dormitory opening plan for students and others who wish to stay on campus during the coming summer months. The dormitory office is currently accepting applications if you want to reserve a room at the dormitory this summer. The following plans are available:

1. Application details

— Application deadlines: Thursday, May 21 – Friday, May 29, 2009
a. JNU students including Korean Language Institute classes and foreign students may apply through the
dormitory homepage site.
b. Non-JNU students enrolled in JNU’s summer classes may apply by submitting the  application form
(attached to the original Korean website) to ohsn113@jujunu.ac.kr or by registered mail to the dormitory:
Jeju National University Residence Halls (Dormitory), Ara 1-dong, Jeju 690-756.
c. Non-JNU educational institution personnel may apply directly to the dormitory office, 064-754-2251~3.

— Application procedure:
a. Open the dormitory website, click “2009 Academic Year summer openings” [“2009학년도 하기방학 특별
개관 모집”], and log in with your student ID and Resident Card number.
b. Those applicants (Korean language classes and other non-JNU students) without a student ID number
may apply by clicking “Applicant case without a student ID” [“학번이 없는 경우”].
c. Submit a passport size photo-portrait scan.
d. You may check on your application status through the website.

2. Announcement of admissions to the dormitory and fee payment

— Pay due: June 1~3, 2009
— Fees: Refer to the information attached to the original website (Korean version)
— Refund policy: In case of withdrawal from the dormitory stay, restrictions and penalties apply.
